After months of experience, she realized the great, unfulfilled need for MLD in the surgery recovery post-op world. Ashley received extensive training with the MLD Institute to learn everything possible about the original European Vodder style of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and how to utilize it for the growing population actively seeking treatment after surgery. She opened her first office of Amare Healing Arts in Highland Park, NJ in 2016.

Within her first year, she received over 200 post-op surgery patients, she further developed Amare Plastic Surgery Recovery Center and Holistic Clinic with a second location in Elizabeth, NJ. Continuing to receive a wide range of post-op clients from Miami to New York and other countries, Ashley has refined her skills to not only provide MLD treatments, but create an entire system of post-op care, by utilizing all her skills as a certified compression garment fitter, lymphedema therapist, holistic health counselor and post-op specialist.

Her aim is to make surgery recovery as clear as possible, while offering support for all questions and concerns her clients may have. Ashley takes the time to educate her clients on proper diet during recovery, recommends supplies they would need specific to the surgery, educate them on the surgery they had, the healing process, how to protect and keep the results they paid for.

Specializing in fibrosis, she teaches her clients how the body is supposed to heal after surgery, how swelling works, what causes it to become hard, lumps and bumps known as fibrosis, and how to turn fibrosis back to swelling so it can be eliminated with Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This lead her to create her online courses for post-op clients, ensuring they heal with smooth results they love.

Passionate about seeing her clients progress during recovery, Ashley is continuously connecting with board certified plastic surgeons and doctors to improve her practice, advance her skills, and expand her knowledge. She is always open to suggestions and advice from doctors and surgeons while working with all surgeries cosmetic or medically necessary, such as Lipo, Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), BBL, Fat Transfer, Rhinoplasty, Facelift, Botox and Injections, Mommy Makeover, Brachioplasty (Arm Lift), Ab Repair, Hernia Repair, Body Lifts, Breast Repair/ Implant/ Augmentation/ Lift, J-Plasma Skin Tightening, and many other surgeries and procedure.

Ashley developed the Amare Holistic Clinic to utilize her knowledge and skills with Manual Lymphatic Drainage for clients with autoimmune disease, cancer, severe edema, lymph/lipedema, concussions, joint replacements, back surgeries, infertility, post partum and other conditions that that involve chronic pain and inflammation. While performing the MLD treatments, she teaches her clients how the lymphatic system works, it's role in eliminating swelling and inflammation, working with clients to create an at home care plans that include diet, movement and lifestyle changes to support the lymphatic systems job of drainage excess fluid, to reduce the frequency of flare ups and manage symptoms while supporting the current treatment being received by doctors.
