I came to Amari Healing Arts and saw Ashley five years after my upper and lower eyelid surgery, and about two years after having filler dissolved. Despite having MLD treatments elsewhere after the dissolver, I was still dealing with persistent facial puffiness and asymmetry that was especially noticeable in photos.

From my very first visit, Ashley immediately identified the areas where I was holding swelling related to my previous surgery. I was honestly blown away—I had no idea that swelling could persist for so long.

After just ONE treatment, I noticed a difference almost immediately. I’ve now had two sessions, and I can already see things beginning to shift and improve. I still have a few more treatments to go, and for the first time in a long time, I’m excited and hopeful about finally seeing the results I had hoped for.

Ashley at Amare Healing is amazing. She has healed my 30 years of diagnosed but unexplained left leg lymphedema. Amare Healing Arts is the real deal. I’ve had lymphatic massage before, but never at this clinical level. They don't just 'massage' you; they educate you on how your lymphatic system works to get rid of swelling. I’ve been coming for a series of Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions for post plastic surgery lipo, and the difference in my inflammation levels, swelling, and hard fibrosis is night and day. I came to see Ashley at Amare 2 weeks post op lipo. And 4+ therapists later. She is the only one who didn't require i took ibuprofen prior to, nor did she use oils or gimmicky machines. I traveled to her from long island and it was worth it. No pain with her either. Very gentle. My healing under her guidance quickly expedited. I had a lot of fibrosis and in 3 - 4 weeks all of it disappeared. Her lymphatic technique worked. And make sure to follow her post op care instructions - such as NO salt or sodium! I got tumescent lipo done with Dr. Robert Caiati from shore medical aesthetics in long Island ny. And after my sessions with Ashley my results have become MUCH better. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit asap.
