3 week post gender affirming surgery and thanks to amare lymphatic drainage massage i look amazing! I had lipo,implants and fat transfer and was so swollen and hard with lumps bumps and fibrosis. My surgeon was no help but Ashley with Amare has been a god sent. She is an expert in lymphatic drainage massage to get rid of swelling, bruising pain, garment and everything you could ever need post-op. Her education literally saved me. Ashley at Amare Healing Arts is absolutely amazing. She is my plastic surgery consultant for my SonoBello AbEx back, front and later arm Ex surgeries following my 190 pound weight loss.  I had the back surgery done Jun 1, 2026 and started virtual consultations with Ashley the following Friday I honestly don’t know how I would get through this process without her. She truly knows her stuff and is completely focused on helping me get the best possible outcomes from the first surgery and the subsequent procedures. I bought her course and highly recommend that others do the same — you will not regret it. You can tell she has highly invested in her education and knowledge in order to serve her customers with customized guidance at the highest level. I also purchased all of her post-op supplies, and the silver gel, foaming cleanser body wash, and relief arnica cream are fantastic. And her personally designed compression garments and lipo foams are top notch. Everything has been so incredibly helpful. Ashley has been a huge support, and I could not do this without her. Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe the work that Ashley does! I went to her originally for post-op lymphatic massages and discovered pre surgery edema that she has been tackling along side the post-op swelling. She changed my recovery process from painful and uncomfortable to manageable and progressive! My full recovery and physical changes to my body are all thanks to her! I can’t recommend Amare Healing Arts enough if you're looking for actual Manual Lymphatic Drainage in Nj to help with swelling. I’ve been to both their Elizabeth and Highland Park offices for lymphatic massage after c-section post partum swelling. Amare helps with post-op massage after liposuction to get rid of swelling and fibrosis after surgery, compression garments, Vodder MLD for lymphedema, and Lipedema, pretty much any swelling that won't go away. ​The specalist Ashley is also incredibly knowledgeable about post-partum recovery and post C-section swelling, which is so hard to find. I learned that lymphatic drinage is not just a 'massage'—it’s a clinical technique that is SUPPOSED TO BE GENTLE, not the stuff you see online, that actually works for chronic swelling and inflammation. Amare is the best lymphatic drianage massage therapist in New Jersey. I came here with swelling in my legs that doctors told me was edema and wouldn't go away. It was hard and swollen, and i did 2 months of lymphatic massage with Ashley, used her Lipo foams, and did what she told me and it went away and never came back. My legs would be so swollen at the end of the day and in the heat and once I had lymphatic drainage massage at Amare, the edema was gone and my legs had not swollen since. I went to amare lymphatic drainage looking for help after getting lipo and skin removal from sonobello AirSculpt and ending up with firbosis and massive swelling. Amare saved my surgery! THEY are REAL Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I had hard fibrosis and massive swelling 6 weeks after surgery, and sonobello told me to massage myself, which made it worse. They also told me to get a lymphatic massage, which I did, but the place I went to was using machines, rubbing painfully, called it brazilian lymphatic, and causing me to swell and be in pain. This is when I started searching and found amare. I learned that the massage is not supposed to cause pain, it's not just a regular massage, and Ashley's level of education and skill helped me completely reverse my hard fibrosis. You need to get her garment and foams. The system she created works is easy, and compression should actually feel good. Do not go anywhere else. After surgery from sonobello, go to amare healing arts for lymphatic massage in Highland Park NJ and Elizabeth NJ. I went to Ashley for post lipo lymphatic drainage and from my first session I saw real results. Ashley was truly a special part of my recovery. Ashley is amazing! I’m so grateful that I found her as she is knowledgeable and has been instrumental in my healing process. I had work done with Dr. Perkins at AirSculpt, and while he is very skilled, I know my results and healing process are largely due to Ashley.
