Sessions are by appointment only. Your session will not be valid until you have spoken to our office, followed the booking link, and paid before your session.

Sessions for Pre-Op are best scheduled as soon as you have your surgery date or as late as 2 days before surgery.

Includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, creating an aftercare plan as well as covering:

Education on what happens to your body during surgery, how the body should be healing after surgery, how to avoid complications like like fibrosis, what supplies you will need specific to your surgery and how to use them, help with compression garments, how swelling works post-op, and answering any questions you have.

For Clients who are located outside of NJ, looking for help Pre/Post Surgery. This session includes:

Post-Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage in NJ

Sessions for Post-Op cosmetic (BBL, Lipo, Tummy Tuck, Breast Aug, etc.) or medically necessary surgery (c-sections, hysterectomy, etc.) includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage as well as:

Answering any questions you have about your surgery and recovery, addressing any complications such as fibrosis, garment fitting/ how to use your post-op supplies, creating an at home care plan, recommending and scheduling your MLD sessions, explaining how swelling works, how to get rid of it and how the Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique works.

This package of sessions can only be purchase after your first Non-Surgical MLD session with our specialist.

Our 5 session Detox Program is for clients who have chronic inflammation, bloat or water retention. This package is ideal for clients looking to detox, help with managing:

Autoimmune Conditions (Fibromyalgia, Lyme, MS, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Eczema, Psoriasis, Etc.)
Post-Partum
Chronic Swelling/ Water Retention
Reduce over all tissue congestion swelling, and inflammation

These sessions include 45 min of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage as well as:

Reviewing medications, supplements and medical history
Education on the lymphatic system and inflammation.

MLD facials don't use any oils, serums, lotions, tools or anything except the hands to perform a gentle massage to the head neck and face.

By working with the lymphatic system, plumping up the white blood cells in body, and decongesting the tissues, we create a youthful, healthy glow.

This facial also removes excess swelling and toxins in the head, neck, and face area.

We offer MLD sessions for head neck and face to treat:

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.

Refund

NO refund or exchanges will be given for any product, service or purchase once the product, service or purchase has been purchased and paid for. Once you have completed the service or have the product/purchase in your possession, you are agreeing and required to pay for said product, service or purchase and no refund will be given.

If you cancel before the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the price paid. We do not issue refunds for services or products after it has been received.

For canceling a package of sessions that you purchased and requesting a refund, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the unused sessions if they are cancelled before the 24 hour window of the appointment time.

Late Arrival Policy

In the event that you are not present for your scheduled session when it starts you will lose that time and still be charged the full amount for your session. Sessions will not run over or be given extra time due to late arrival.

Cancellation Policy Lymphatic Drainage in NJ

We do not accept any form of communication other than a phone call to our office to cancel your session. We do no accept any other forms of communication. You will lose the session and price paid if you cancel within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment time.

You may call to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the original appointment and be eligible for a 50% refund for the price of the appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hrs of the original appointment time will result in a charge for the full price of the session or loss of session already paid for.

If you cancel your session/ appointment before the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the price paid. We do not issue refunds for services or products after it has been received.

For a purchased a package of sessions that you would like to cancel to receive a refund, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the unused sessions if they are cancelled before the 24 hour window of the appointment time.

Rescheduling Policy Lymphatic Drainage in NJ

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hrs of the appointment time with no penalty.

You may not rescheduled within 24 hours of the session time. This will result in a forfeit of the session and price paid.

Appointments may not be rescheduled more than once. Attempts to reschedule a second time will result in a forfeit of the session and amount paid.

In the event that you will not be able to make the reschedules appointment the payment and the session will be forfeited.

No Show Policy Lymphatic Drainage in NJ

Missing or not showing up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the card on file being charged the full price of the session. If you are paying with a voucher or prepaid session and you do not show up for your appointment the voucher/prepaid session and value of the voucher/session will be forfeited.
