Sessions for Pre-Op are best scheduled as soon as you have your surgery date or as late as 2 days before surgery.

Our 5 session Detox Program is for clients who have chronic inflammation, bloat or water retention. This package is ideal for clients looking to detox, help with managing:

MLD facials don't use any oils, serums, lotions, tools or anything except the hands to perform a gentle massage to the head neck and face.

By working with the lymphatic system, plumping up the white blood cells in body, and decongesting the tissues, we create a youthful, healthy glow.

This facial also removes excess swelling and toxins in the head, neck, and face area.

We offer MLD sessions for head neck and face to treat:

Sessions expire 15 days after the date of purchase and must be booked and completed within this time frame. Sessions not used within the expiration period will be forfeited, and the payment remains Non-Refundable.

Policies

By choosing to schedule with Amare Healing Arts, you agree to all the following policies. All sessions are paid for at the time of booking, in full. All session payments are Non-Refundable.
All policies are subject to change without notice. By booking a session and/or signing the accompanying waiver, the client agrees to be bound by the most current version of the policies in effect, including all future revisions, and accepts the responsibility of periodically reviewing these policies for updates.
The scheduling, and completion of any session is strictly at the sole discretion of the business. The business reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of policy or unprofessional conduct, without refund.

You must call the office to make any changes to your appointment. We don't accept email, text or any other communication to cancel or change appointments.
Missing or not showing up to the scheduled appointment for any reason, results in a loss of the NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT.
Late arrival to appointments will lose the time missed & be charged the full amount for your appointment. Appointments will not be given extra time due to late arrival.
For cancellations made before 24 hours of the appointment time, the business may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a 50% refund of the amount paid for the appointment.
Appointments cancelled within the 24 hr window will forfeit the NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hrs of the appointment time with no penalty.
A rescheduled appointment must be booked for a new time that is no more than seven (7) calendar days after the date of the original appointment. You may not reschedule the appointment to a date further out than 7 days from the original date.
You may not reschedule within 24 hours of the session time. This will result in a forfeit of the session and Non-Refundable payment.

Refund

All session payments are Non-Refundable.
NO refund or exchanges will be given for any product, service or purchase once the product, service or purchase has been paid for and/or completed. Once the payment has been made and/or you have completed the service or have the product/purchase in your possession, you are agreeing to and required to pay for said product, service or purchase and no refund will be given.

For cancellations made before 24 hours of the appointment time, the business may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a 50% refund of the amount paid for the appointment. We do not issue refunds for services or products after they have been received.
For canceling a package of sessions that you purchased and requesting a refund, the business may, at its sole discretion, offer a 50% refund of the unused sessions if they are canceled before the 24 hour window of the appointment time.

Late Arrival Policy

In the event that you are not present for your scheduled session when it starts, you will lose the time missed and still be charged the full amount for your session. Sessions will not run over or be given extra time due to late arrival.

Cancellation Policy Lymphatic Drainage in NJ

We do not accept any form of communication other than a phone call to our office to cancel your session. We do not accept text messages, emails or any other forms of communication to cancel or modify your session. You will lose the session and the Non-Refundable payment if you cancel within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment time.
You may call to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the original appointment and the business may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer a 50% refund of the amount paid for the appointment.
Appointments canceled within 24 hrs of the original appointment time will result in forfeiting the Non-refundable payment for the full price of the session and loss of session.
We do not issue refunds for services or products after it has been received.

Appointments may not be rescheduled more than once. Attempts to reschedule a second time will result in a forfeit of the session and Non-Refundable payment made for the session.
In the event that you will not be able to make the rescheduled appointment, the Non-Refundable payment and the session will be forfeited.

No Show Policy Lymphatic Drainage in NJ

Missing, showing up to the wrong location, or not showing up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in loss of the session and the Non-Refundable payment. If you do not show up for your appointment, the Non-Refundable payment and session will be forfeited. We do not allow rescheduling for missed appointments due to arriving at the wrong location.
