Amare Healing Arts was founded in 2016 by our Plastic Surgery Recovery Specialist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Compression Garment Fitter, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner: Ashley Nagrocki.
Located at 24 N 3rd Ave, Suite 203, Highland Park, NJ & 433 N Broad St. Suite 2A, Elizabeth, NJ, we specialize in Vodder style Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for post plastic surgery recovery, cancer recovery, autoimmune diseases and many other medical conditions involving chronic inflammation, side effects of edema, and persistent, painful swelling.
Our Plastic Surgery Recovery Center not only offers MLD treatment for all surgeries, but provides full support for our clients through their post-op journey.
We make sure clients have the correct fitting garments, recommend any other supplies they would need (arnica, lipo foams, scar tape, ect.), which can be purchased online in our post op shop, or during your session, track their progress and tailor their diet to reduce swelling. Clients see results immediately following the session and continue to see results weeks after treatment has ended. At Amare, we make our clients’ comfort and concerns our priority. That’s why board certified plastic surgeons recommend Amares post-op session.
Our specialist, Ashley spends time every session education clients on proper, safe post-op care at home, diet, and how to keep the results you paid for.
We’ve created the Holistic Clinic to utilize Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage to decongest the body of stagnant, excess inflammation and swelling, while working with your current medical protocol, lifestyle changes and customizing diet to create a environment in the body for healing. We use lymphatic drainage massage to support an optimize the bodies lymphatic system, which is naturally detoxing and draining excess fluid, viruses, bacteria, cancer cells, toxins and debris from its tissue and organs via your urine, every day. We most commonly help manage and reduce symptoms from chronic inflammatory medical conditions such as Lyme, R.A, cancer, M.S, Fibromyalgia, Lymphedema, Lipedema, H.S, infertility, chronic acne, and more, as well as clients needing to detox.
At Amare Healing Arts our goal is to pamper with a purpose. We serve as the bridge between conventional medicine and natural methods of healing the body holistically with gentle, Vodder style, lymphatic drainage massage. Owner Ashley Nagrocki is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT), Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Certified Medical Compression Garment Fitter, Certified Medical Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT200), and Certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Counselor (HHC) with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She continues to develop her skills to expand Amare and better serve her clients.
